Making your first appointment at Applecross Dental Care
You can make your first appointment using our 24/7 online booking system or by calling our friendly reception team from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We have convenient onsite parking (entry from Gairloch Street off Canning Highway) and frequent public transport access along Canning Hwy, to make getting here stress-free.
What to bring to your first appointment
When you come to see our dentists for the first time, you’ll be asked to complete a Medical History Form so we can consider any aspects of your health care relevant to your ongoing dental management. It is important to let us know about any current medication you are taking when you complete this form, and on subsequent visits.
If you are a member of a private health fund, please bring your membership card to your appointment to ensure you can claim your eligible benefits at the completion of each appointment. We are an HBF Member Plus dental practice, meaning that we have entered into an agreement with HBF to help members minimise out-of-pocket expenses associated with preventative dental treatment. Bring your health fund membership card with you to your appointment and claim your benefit on the spot via our HICAPS system.
